Co-Founder: Graduate of Smith College and the University of Hawaii with a Masters in Communication. For the past 20 years she has been Operations Manager of Vermont Agricultural Business Education Center. Today she also leads Bordertown Farm and the entire family team.
Co-Founder: Graduate of NYU with a MS in Geo Physics. Jay oversees the cultivation of Bordertown's fields and production. His background in organic visual engineering helps create business improvements to maximize profit and improve the service and delivery levels to our customers.
Nick has 37 years of experience as a Financial Analyst. His skills include Equity Research, Asset Management, Equities Valuation and Company Valuation. Nick is a graduate of University of Maine and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He lives in NYC with his wife Bibiana.
Hilary's son Joe, graduated from Northland College in 2009 with a BS in Geology. His love for the outdoors landed him in Jackson Hole, WY where he worked for the Teton Science School as an Outdoor educator and the Jackson Hole Land Trust. In 2018 Joe returned to Vermont to become an artisanal cheese maker. Joe supports Bordertown Farm during peak season.
Hilary's son Kirk, graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA in Anthropology. In 2019 he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from UVM. He studied the science and art of physical therapy and will provide patient-centered care in an evolving and complex health care environment. Kirk believes that CBD has a place in his future practice.
Jason graduated from Rowan University in 2009 with a B.S. in Marketing. He has ten years of experience in Advertising and Marketing. Based in NYC, Jason is solutions oriented, strategic thinker who helps brands achieve their goals. He understands data, industry trends & client needs and creates compelling narratives while ideating to drive results. In 2018 Jason married Erika and lucky for Bordertown Farm has joined the family business.
Bibiana graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in Studio Art and the French Culinary Institute in Professional Pastry Arts. She has 40+ years experience in the studio as a Stylist and Creative Director. Bibiana focuses on web design and branding for Bordertown Farm along with her daughters Kiira and Erika.
In 2008 Kiira graduated from Colby College with a BA in English and a minor in Environmental Science. She moved from the East Coast to Bellingham, WA in 2011 to pursue her M.Ed. at Western Washington University where she focused on experiential education & non-profit leadership and management. Kiira brings her knowledge of the natural foods industry as well as expertise in writing and consulting for nonprofits to the Bordertown Farm Team. Kiira's daughter, Alma, is the next generation.
Erika graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2010 with a degree in Design and Technology. Based in New York City, she is a Director, Producer & Emmy Nominee for Food Television. Her research in food trends and shooting television shows takes her all over the world. In between her production schedule, Erika brings her creative background to Bordertown Farm contributing to design & media elements.

Craig graduated from County College of Morris-Randolph, NJ with an Associate of Applied Science: Landscape Design and Horticulture in 2017. He is currently a student at Delaware Valley University, Doylestown PA working towards his degree in Horticulture in the Department of Plant Science. He expects to graduate in 2020. He is our first intern and is fulfilling his Career Exploration Experience Internship at Bordertown Farm. He has come to us with five years of professional experience as a Horticulturist and is contributing to the success of our 2019 season. We are thrilled that he is a part of our Bordertown Family.
